Office Support Specialist

Sofari Collections Limited is seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Train other workers
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 30 to 40 hours of work per week
- MS Office
