Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at K Town Fried Chicken. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff to ensure seamless execution of our menu offerings.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our inventory management and cost control strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with our kitchen team to ensure the timely preparation and presentation of our menu items.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
