Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KOR Korean Street Food. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Training: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession.
- Supervision: 3-4 people, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with high pressure to meet customer demands.
- Standing for Extended Periods: Stand for extended periods, including during peak hours.
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift, bend, and move quickly.
- Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service and focus on meeting customer needs.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with staff to achieve team goals and objectives.
