Job Title: Program Manager, Capital Planning

At Toronto Community Housing, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our Capital Planning team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the 10-Year Capital Financing Plan and driving the development, planning, management, and oversight of our current, medium, and long-term capital plans and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of the 10-Year Capital Financing Plan
  • Manage and oversee the development, planning, and administration of capital plans and programs
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and prioritize capital projects
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform capital planning decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Facilities Management staff, to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to senior executives and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a large public or private corporate environment, with a focus on policy analysis, performance measurement, internal controls, or accountability systems
  • Proficiency in computerized business applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and database software
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret data, prepare reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Technical experience in Facilities Management and Planning
  • People leadership experience preferred
