Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at Superior Staffing And Recruitment Services Limited.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities will include arranging seminars, conferences, and coordinating the flow of information within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seminar Coordination: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  • Team Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team.
  • Daily Operations: Direct and control daily operations.
  • Evaluation: Evaluate daily operations.
  • Phone Support: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Email Support: Answer electronic enquiries.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • Languages: English.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This figure is based on industry standards for this role and location.
