Restaurant Management Team Lead

At Tim Hortons, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Management Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high operational standards.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the food service industry. You will be responsible for leading a team of up to 10 staff members, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all aspects of restaurant operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
- Maintain high operational standards, ensuring that all health and safety protocols are followed and that the restaurant is well-maintained.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling labor costs.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members to achieve their full potential.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous bonus structure.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- At least 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the food service industry.
- A strong understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, labor cost control, and quality control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.
