About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at Blend360. As a key member of our data science team, you will be responsible for architecting data solutions, designing and optimizing data pipelines, and operationalizing machine learning models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Architecture: Design and implement scalable data architectures that leverage cloud technologies to support our machine learning models.
  • Model Deployment: Develop and deploy AI models aligned with our organizational standards and ethical guidelines.
  • GenAI Tool Development: Develop various GenAI tools used to translate natural language inputs into coherent content free of hallucinations.
  • API Feed Development: Build and maintain various API feeds to support our data-driven applications.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the integrity of data, oversee model management, API feeds, and chronicle the lineage of generative AI deployments.
  • Compliance and Security: Remain abreast of the generative AI landscape's evolution and infuse our AI toolkit with solutions that adhere to compliance standards.
  • Technology Stack Refinement: Engage in the perpetual refinement of our technology stack, fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation.
Qualifications
  • Professional Expertise: A robust analytical foundation in machine learning, data science, and model optimization.
  • Large Language Models: Proficiency in large language models and their utility in synthesizing unprecedented data forms.
  • Data Manipulation: Competence in manipulating heterogeneous datasets and enhancing them when required.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Exceptional collaborative and communicative abilities to synergize effectively with diverse teams.
  • Gen-ai Driven Solutions: Experience delivering gen-ai driven solutions.
  • Applied ML and NLP: Strong Applied ML and NLP Knowledge with experience working at an asset manager.
Advanced Skills
  • Cloud Platforms: Practical experience with cloud platforms and crafting enterprise-grade solutions leveraging generative AI models.
  • Doc Processing Libraries: Practical experience working with various doc processing libraries in Python.
  • AI Frameworks: Insight into the frameworks governing AI, encompassing security, privacy, compliance, and scalability.
  • Dynamic and Agile Mindset: A dynamic and agile mindset, coupled with a user-centric philosophy towards technological advancement.
