Job Title: Executive Chef

Bar.B.Q 1988 is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, and inventory.
  • Analyze operating costs and other data to optimize kitchen efficiency.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure excellent food preparation and presentation.
  • Plan and execute menu development, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks in a kitchen setting.
