Job Summary

We are seeking a highly seasoned professional to join our team as a Quality Control Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of governance and control activities for moderately complex or high-risk business or functional areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement policies and processes to meet governance and control guidelines
  • Act as a technical lead on key control initiatives
  • Develop and document a comprehensive inventory of processes and controls
  • Participate in the intake of applicable regulation and assessment of impact to the business line
  • Review end-to-end processes and controls and connect the dots across issues and control deficiencies
  • Lead the integrated execution of policies/procedures/changes across multiple functional areas
  • Provide direction to complex, wide-ranging enterprise or cross-function/business projects
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience developing and performing Quality Control testing
  • Quality Control testing on Third Party risk processes a plus
  • Experience developing executive level reporting leveraging large data sets
  • Advanced business understanding and knowledge of risk and control functions
  • Advanced knowledge of governance, risk and control procedures, strategies & tactics
  • Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends
