Parking Lot Supervisor Job Description

About the Job: King Valet Inc. is seeking a skilled Parking Lot Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate work activities with other departments and work units to achieve optimal performance.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations and respond promptly to ensure a positive outcome.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, including routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Prepare and submit reports on progress and other relevant information.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high level of competence.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate as a minimum requirement.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Work Environment:

Parking Lot Supervisor will work primarily outdoors, with some indoor time spent in the office or other areas of the resort. The work environment will be fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service.
