Parking Lot Supervisor Job Description

King Valet Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parking Lot Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking lot facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedule for parking lot staff to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations and coordinate responses with other departments.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with other work units and departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Reporting and Training: Prepare and submit progress reports and train staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Environment: Outdoors.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort, and parking lot.
  • Driving Record: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
Experience:
  • Duration: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Employment Type: Permanent.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
