Parking Lot Supervisor

King Valet Inc. is seeking a skilled Parking Lot Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our parking operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedule for parking attendants to ensure efficient coverage of our parking facilities.
- Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, such as accidents or inclement weather, and coordinate responses with other departments as needed.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with other work units and departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of parking operations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery used in parking operations.
- Reporting and Training: Prepare and submit progress reports and train staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Work Environment: Work outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort, or parking lot.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, and work term: permanent.
Work language: English. Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
