Parking Lot Supervisor

King Valet Inc. is seeking a skilled Parking Lot Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking lot facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedule for parking lot staff to ensure efficient operation of the facility.
- Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations and coordinate responses with other departments as needed.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with other work units and departments to ensure seamless operation of the parking lot.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery in the parking lot.
- Reporting and Training: Prepare and submit progress reports and train staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Environment: Outdoors.
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort, and parking lot.
- Driving Record: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
