Parking Lot Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parking Lot Supervisor to join our team at King Valet Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedule for parking attendants to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
- Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, such as accidents or security incidents, and coordinate responses with other departments as needed.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with other work units and departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery, and perform routine maintenance tasks as required.
- Reporting and Training: Prepare and submit progress reports, and train staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Work Environment: Outdoors, with regular exposure to varying weather conditions.
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort, and parking lot environments.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with frequent standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, and work term: permanent.
English is the primary language of communication, and the work schedule is 30 to 40 hours per week.
