Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will support the Manager, Business Development in driving Nch'ḵa'y's growth by identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and assess their alignment with Nch'ḵa'y's offerings and strategic goals.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, and provide support during negotiations to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with the Manager, Business Development and other internal teams to implement business development strategies and monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads, and assist in maintaining a strong professional network within the industry.
- Provide administrative support to the Manager, Business Development, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Understanding of business development processes, including lead generation, market research, and client management.
- Basic knowledge of financial statements and business case development.
- Strong research and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Two years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
