As a Supervisor, Food Services Professional at CITY SOUTH PIZZA, Niagara falls, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Establishing efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Coordinating and supervising staff who prepare and portion food
  • Training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Preparing food order summaries for the chef
  • Supervising and checking the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
  • Establishing and maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Permanent employment
  • 35 to 40 hours per week
  • English as the primary language of communication
