Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Maze Food Corporation O/A Fresh Burrito is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure timely ordering.
  • Hire and train new food service staff to meet the needs of our growing business.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Supervise the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
