Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Four Brothers Cucina Inc.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports on restaurant operations and performance.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
