Insurance Sales Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Sales Executive to join our team at Sylvain Crocq - Desjardins Insurance Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling insurance products to existing and new customers, including Premature Death/Life Insurance & Critical Illness, Auto and Home Insurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pivot existing clients to personal insurance such as Life, Disability & Critical Illness by scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and calling existing clients.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, and policy changes.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet sales goals.
Requirements:
  • Must be fully licensed with Alberta Life & Accident & Sickness Licenses and have proven success selling Life & Living Benefits.
  • Must be studying for Alberta Level 1 or able to do so within 4-6 weeks.
  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal & organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Good credit with no outstanding collections.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • Proactive in problem-solving.
  • Dedicated to customer service.
  • Ability to multi-task.
Compensation:

$60,000.00 to $80,000.00/year including Base and excellent commission program.

This is an independent contractor agent position, not an employee of Desjardins Group or its subsidiaries.
