Job Title: User Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at Schindler Consulting. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their technical needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, often requiring collaboration with other teams.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues and resolutions.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on technical procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
