Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Schindler Consulting. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consult technical documentation and resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on the use of our software and systems.
  • Collaborate with our development team to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new technical solutions.
  • Ensure that all technical support activities are conducted in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL and technical support principles.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively.
