Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

The Northgate Trading Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and hardware.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues.
  • Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the use of computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Collect and maintain a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and software to improve user experience.
  • Provide support for business systems, networks, and Internet connectivity.
  • Set up and configure computer equipment for employee use.
  • Perform backup and recovery operations for web servers.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
