Overnight Lead

As an Overnight Lead at Walmart Canada, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores during nighttime hours. This position involves leading a team of associates to achieve production results, maintaining store safety and security, and ensuring that merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in providing direction and coordination of overnight stocking activities, prioritizing tasks based on communicated objectives from the Overnight Assistant Manager and Daytime Management Team.
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure adequate security and compliance with physical facilities.
- Participate in the training and development of overnight associates to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Manage accidents and incidents that occur during nighttime hours, ensuring a safe working environment for all associates.
- Collaborate with the Overnight Assistant Manager to identify and address any deficiencies in store presentation and appearance.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Preferred QualificationsWhile not required, experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a retail environment is highly desirable. Additionally, proficiency in Walmart's systems and processes is a plus.
LocationThis position is based at our Quebec City, QC location, and you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
