About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual with strong organizational skills to work with our 3rd party vendors, resolve outstanding debt and service issues, and create reporting and analytics for our products. As a Customer Support Associate - Tolls and Violations Specialist, you'll work cross-functionally to resolve product service errors and enhancements, and assist with Service Cloud cases to ensure product metrics are met.
A Day in the Life
- Escalating issues and resolving customer complaints
- Creating and distributing reporting and analytics for our products
- Working with vendors to resolve outstanding debt and service issues
- Resolving product service errors and enhancements
- Assisting with Service Cloud cases and responding to customer inquiries
Requirements
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent required, undergraduate degree preferred
- 3-5 years' business experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in a process-oriented environment
- Prior fleet or regulatory experience a plus
- Proficiency in Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables
- Previous knowledge of Salesforce/Service Cloud a plus
