About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual with strong organizational skills to work with our 3rd party vendors, resolve outstanding debt and service issues, and create reporting and analytics for our products. As a Customer Support Associate - Tolls and Violations Specialist, you'll work cross-functionally to resolve product service errors and enhancements, and assist with Service Cloud cases to ensure product metrics are met.

A Day in the Life

  • Escalating issues and resolving customer complaints
  • Creating and distributing reporting and analytics for our products
  • Working with vendors to resolve outstanding debt and service issues
  • Resolving product service errors and enhancements
  • Assisting with Service Cloud cases and responding to customer inquiries

Requirements

  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent required, undergraduate degree preferred
  • 3-5 years' business experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in a process-oriented environment
  • Prior fleet or regulatory experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables
  • Previous knowledge of Salesforce/Service Cloud a plus
