Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Systems Manager to join our team at NWVL. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across all aspects of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of quality professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of our business.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior quality management role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of implementing and maintaining effective quality systems and processes.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement corrective actions.
