Job Description

As a Senior Manager Quality Systems, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across all aspects of our operations. This includes the development and implementation of quality systems, management of internal and external audits, and leadership of a team of quality professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of quality professionals to ensure effective implementation of quality systems and processes.
  • Manage and coordinate internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address any quality or compliance issues identified during audits or other quality-related activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance are integrated into all aspects of our operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior quality management role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven experience managing and leading a team of quality professionals.
  • Strong understanding of quality systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
