Job Title: Senior Manager Quality Systems
Company Description: Fiji Water is a world-class facility that bottles water at source, located in Yaqara. We are seeking a Senior Manager Quality Systems to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Senior Manager Quality Systems will be responsible for ensuring the food safety, quality, and compliance of all products. This includes the application and implementation of all relevant food safety and quality systems, ensuring that the site standards are constantly maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to ensure smooth functioning of quality and food safety processes, systems, and guidelines for all incoming materials, processes, and finished goods.
- Lead and monitor initiatives to improve quality performance in the plant and during transit to the customer.
- Manage Quality, Regulatory, and Food Safety audits.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the quality awareness and competencies of the team.
- Carry out Supplier audits and provide feedback to corporate purchasing on Supplier performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum degree or equivalent in a food science or related subject.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior quality management role within the food and beverage industry.
- Proven experience managing and effectively leading a team within quality is required.
- Experience managing internal and 3rd party audits. Lead auditor qualifications would be highly regarded.
