Sales Representative Role

We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our high-performing team in the toy industry.
Groupe Ricochet is a young and rapidly growing company in the toy import and distribution sector in Canada, with nearly 50 employees. Our clients are major retail chains in Canada. We are proudly certified as a Great Place to Work.

Your Playground
As a Sales Representative, you will manage multiple clients primarily through phone calls. Occasional travel may be required for trade shows. Your ideas will be heard and valued at Groupe Ricochet, making you a key player in our small business.
- Establish close relationships with clients through phone calls and remote meetings
- Act as an ambassador for Groupe Ricochet's commercial offer
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets
- Execute and follow up on opportunities
- Prepare complete proposals and presentations for clients
- Participate in marketing events such as trade shows
- Use Oracle NetSuite ERP software for client updates
What We Are Looking For:
- DEP or DEC in sales or related field or experience
- Minimum of three years of sales experience
- Perfectly bilingual (English and French) spoken and written, as our clients are mainly English and French speaking
- Experience in toy/leisure sales (an asset)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Meticulous time management
- Persuasive, motivated, and able to refute objections
- Ambitious and proactive, results-oriented
