- Promptly respond to customer inquiries, quotes, and orders with excellent communication skills
- Utilize the 4A Customer Conversation model to determine customer requirements and secure maximum invoice value for each order
- Sell additional products by recognizing opportunities to up-sell or sell complementary products
- Accurately enter orders into the system and relay vital information to operations team members
- Promptly and professionally resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching answers, and implementing solutions
- Partner with Account Managers to manage customer relationships and drive sales growth
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Minimum three years of sales experience with a focus on customer service and relationship-building
- Working knowledge of the building industry and technical information related to engineered wood products, siding, decking, railing, and other building material product lines
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, a group pension plan with employer matching contributions, and options to purchase Doman Stock at a discount price.
