As a Branch Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our agents by providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and training. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our brokerage.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to real estate agents, including answering general administrative questions, communicating with agents, and sorting and distributing received fax and mail.
- Collect deposit cheques from agents/buyers and prepare receipts.
- Prepare bank deposits for real estate trust, commission, and general account.
- Complete listing validations verification and upload listings to MLS.
- Communicate with RECO and OREB.
- Help agents with deal processing paperwork and ensure they are following proper procedures.
- Assist managers with signing up new real estate agents.
- Create and update social media channels with relevant posts and monitor and respond to post activity.
- Issue office keys and security pass cards to realtors when needed.
- Perform general upkeep at the office and agent workstations.
Requirements:
- Experience in real estate is an asset.
- Knowledge of Lonewolf, Brokerwolf, OREB, and MLS is an asset.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and experience using them in a work environment is an asset.
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to operate calmly and efficiently.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Suite.
- Independent worker and team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Superior problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail and fine-tuned organizational skills.
- Ability to handle a very fast-paced office environment.
