Job Description

Salary: CAD $45,000 - $65,000 per year

The Marketing Growth Strategy Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing EukaPay's growth strategy, overseeing multiple marketing campaigns and projects, managing a team, and working with cross-functional teams to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation and Management:
    • Develop and execute a content strategy that includes video content, blog writing, and informative tweet threads aimed at educating and engaging our target audience.
    • Produce regular news releases to share company updates, product launches, and industry insights, optimizing for SEO and audience relevance.
  • Podcast and Media Outreach:
    • Identify and secure opportunities for the company to be featured in relevant podcasts within the crypto and fintech sectors.
    • Coordinate with media outlets to promote news releases and thought leadership articles, enhancing the company's visibility and credibility.
  • Social Media and Community Engagement:
    • Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant networks, through regular, engaging posts and community interaction.
    • Build and nurture an online community of crypto enthusiasts and potential customers by providing valuable content, responding to queries, and fostering discussions.
  • Influencer and Partnership Development:
    • Research and engage with key influencers, thought leaders, and content creators in the crypto space to establish collaboration and sponsorship opportunities.
    • Forge partnerships with other fintech and crypto platforms for cross-promotional activities and to expand our reach within the target market.
  • Speaking Engagements and Event Participation:
    • Identify and secure speaking engagements at industry conferences, webinars, and events to position the company as a thought leader in the crypto payments space.
    • Represent the company at events, engaging with attendees, and leveraging opportunities for networking and partnership development.
  • Analytics and Performance Tracking:
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of organic growth initiatives using key metrics and KPIs, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results.
    • Conduct competitor analysis and stay informed of industry trends to ensure our growth strategies remain innovative and effective.
  • Team Collaboration and Leadership:
    • Collaborate with the product, sales, and customer support teams to align organic growth efforts with overall company goals and customer needs.
    • Lead and mentor team members involved in content creation, social media management, and community engagement to ensure quality and consistency across all channels.
  • Industry Knowledge and Expertise:
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the crypto industry, including regulatory changes, market trends, and technological advancements, to inform content and strategy.
    • Utilize expertise in crypto to craft messages that resonate with our target audience and differentiate our platform in the market.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fintech or crypto industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
