About the Position

Kostas Restaurant is seeking a skilled Executive Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in restaurant settings and be able to manage kitchen operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage kitchen staff and ensure that food quality and service standards are met
  • Determine menu items, costs, and portion sizes to optimize profitability
  • Supervise inventory management and ordering of supplies and equipment
  • Plan menus, estimate food requirements, and prepare complete meals or individual dishes
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a restaurant setting
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, time management
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Kostas Restaurant offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth.
