SOMMAIRE DE L'EMPLOI :

S'assurer que les choix nutritionnels correspondent au profil alimentaire du patient, mener des sondages sur la satisfaction auprès des patients concernant les repas, compiler et créer des rapports sur les choix de menus pour chaque repas et aider les patients avec leurs choix de menus.

EXIGENCES :

  • Diplôme d'études secondaires ou d'études générales (D.E.G.) plus des cours supplémentaires d'une durée allant jusqu'à six mois, comprenant une formation en informatique et en saisie de texte sur clavier, ou l'équivalent;
  • Compétences dans l'utilisation de logiciels (p. ex. logiciel de gestion des menus, Meditech, Microsoft 365, etc.);
  • Aptitudes reconnues en ce qui a trait à la rapidité dans l'exécution des tâches assignées;
  • Bonnes aptitudes de communication verbale;
  • Expérience pertinente dans un service alimentaire en milieu hospitalier (constitue un atout);
  • Capacité de travailler en équipe et de façon autonome;
  • Capacité physique de faire le travail assigné;
  • Bon dossier de travail antérieur (rendement et assiduité);
  • Adhésion aux principes d'éthique professionnelle, à la philosophie de gestion du Réseau et aux valeurs organisationnelles;
  • Respect des règles de confidentialité du Réseau de santé Vitalité.
