Job Description

Kento Windows & Doors is seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team.

Education and Experience
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Resolve technical issues related to MS Office, spreadsheet software, and other computer systems.
  • Assist with transportation/travel information and provide guidance on public transportation options.
