Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at Kento Windows & Doors. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and resolving their technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Resolve technical issues related to MS Office and spreadsheet software
  • Assist customers with transportation and travel information
  • Explain health benefits, including dental and healthcare plans
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with 32-35 hours per week
Requirements
  • College or CEGEP education
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and spreadsheet software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
