Job Description

Kento Windows & Doors is seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team.

Education and Experience
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Resolve technical issues with computers, software, and other technology-related problems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions.
Requirements
  • Language: English.
  • Hours of Work: 32 to 35 hours per week.
