Job Description

Kento Windows & Doors is seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Document and track customer issues and resolutions
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and products
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, Spreadsheet
  • Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is not available
  • Health benefits: Dental plan, Health care plan
  • Duration of employment: Permanent
  • Language of work: English
  • Hours of work: 32 to 35 hours per week
