About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at Kento Windows & Doors. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to enhance our support capabilities.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education in a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and spreadsheet software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
