We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cage Cashier at Shorelines Casino Belleville.

About the Role:

This part-time opportunity requires you to provide exceptional customer service, handle cash transactions, and maintain a safe and welcoming work environment.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Exceeding guest expectations through outstanding customer service
  • Handling cash transactions, including foreign currency exchange, traveler's cheques, and cash counts
  • Monitoring and reporting discrepancies and suspicious cash activities
  • Redeeming value chips and gaming tickets for cash
  • Verifying and processing machine fills, table fills, and credits
  • Issuing opening floats to Slot Attendants and reconciling closing floats
  • Transferring and storing floats, keys, and record-keeping documents
  • Communicating effectively with operational departments

What We're Looking For:

  • A people-focused and service-oriented individual
  • Proactive and solution-oriented with a drive to succeed
  • Secondary School Diploma; post-secondary education an asset
  • Smart Serve certification required or willingness to obtain
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume cash handling

Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience
