Customer Service Representative Opportunity

Cash handling and customer service skills are essential for this role as a Cashier at Shorelines Casino.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proactive in resolving issues, and have a keen eye for accuracy in handling cash transactions.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Exceeding guest expectations through exceptional customer service
  • Handling cash transactions, including foreign currency exchange and secure cash handling
  • Monitoring and reporting discrepancies and suspicious activities
  • Verifying and processing machine fills and credits
  • Issuing opening floats and reconciling closing floats
  • Documenting and reconciling transactions

Requirements:

  • Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume cash handling
  • Smart Serve certification required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
