About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Communications and Events Specialist to join our SAP iXp Intern team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing events, and providing internal communications support for our SAP Labs Montreal Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to align with our national comms strategy and engage with our internal stakeholders.
  • Create compelling and effective content across various channels, including social media, email, and internal communications platforms.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, to promote our company culture and values.
  • Support the planning and execution of national events, including marketing materials, meeting content, coordination, and speaker preparation.
  • Manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful event execution.
  • Collaborate with internal partners, including IT, Facilities, and Security, to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Provide logistics support for the Managing Director's office, including liaising with event suppliers, receiving visitors, and coordinating meeting logistics.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with event coordination, project management, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
