We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Communications & Events Specialist to join our team at SAP Labs Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing events, and providing internal communications support.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement internal communications strategies to align with the national comms strategy and engage employees across the country.
- Create compelling content across various channels, including digital signage, SharePoint landing pages, email banners, and newsletters.
- Plan, promote, and execute national events, including all-hands meetings, executive visits, holiday parties, and summer parties.
- Support the Managing Director's office with logistics, event coordination, and communication with internal partners and external vendors.
- Collaborate with the team to create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including IT, Facilities, and Security.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with graphic design, event coordination, and project management.
- Fluent in English, French language a differentiator.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
