Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual receptionist to join our team at Canadian Bank Note Company Limited. As the first point of contact for employees, executives, customers, and visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk, greet visitors, and direct them to the appropriate locations.
  • Handle incoming calls, take accurate messages, and relay information in a timely manner.
  • Perform various clerical duties, including scheduling appointments, managing conference room bookings, and coordinating catering for on-site meetings and events.
  • Provide periodic bilingual customer service support for our BUMP business unit.

Requirements

  • College diploma in administration or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • 1 year of reception or other administrative support experience.
  • Customer support experience is an asset.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Government of Canada Reliability (Level I) personal security clearance.
