Nortech Advanced NDT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Fort St. John. This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute administrative functions to support the business operation, including monitoring and completing minor revisions for field reports and invoices, generating and organizing timesheets, and book-keeping and filing receipts and invoices.
- Provide exceptional customer service, interacting with suppliers and customers via email, in person, or on the phone, and assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable as required.
- Organize meetings, greet visitors, vendors, and clients, and maintain schedules and calendars.
- Perform general office housekeeping and cleaning, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Valid Driver's license required.
- Knowledge of standard Oil and Gas activities and common HSE requirements.
- Knowledge of welding, Oil and Gas construction and/or non-destructive testing an asset.
- Experience with company databases, filing structure, and naming conventions.
- Proficient with Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Proficient with Adobe Acrobat Standard.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify problems or potential problems and implement solutions.
- Annual salary of $60-70K.
- Four weeks paid vacation.
