Job Title: Restaurant Shift Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at Vina Restaurants LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff and ensure they are meeting performance expectations
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Train staff on new procedures and policies
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and staffing
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Monitor revenues and adjust labor costs accordingly
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Work Environment: Our restaurant is located in an urban area and is open 7 days a week. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
