Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant of Canada. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensure quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns.
- Prepare and submit reports, balance cash, and complete balance sheets and related forms.
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, establish work schedules, and motivate staff to achieve high performance standards.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in the food service industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
