Job Title: Restaurant Shift Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at Vina Restaurants LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure they meet high standards of customer service and food quality.
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and cash handling.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with provincial/territorial liquor legislation.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all customers.
Requirements:
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
