About the Role

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for working within an HR team to help the company leverage people data and metrics within a global corporate setting to inform business decisions.

You will provide operational HR support services that help to onboard, engage, develop, and retain our talented workforce.

Key responsibilities include ensuring HR data accuracy and integrity, providing ongoing employee support through Jira projects, and assisting our PEO and payroll team regarding confidential people matters.

What You'll Bring
  • A deep and genuine interest in Behavox Limited as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace, and/or technologies
  • Knowledge of HR Systems and how to effectively administrate them
  • Knowledge in working with PEO's, Benefit Providers, Payroll/Legal teams as well as in efficient and effective onboarding and offboarding practices
  • Skilled in keeping HR data accurate across multiple systems to support detailed analyses
  • Skilled in working across a culturally diverse and mission-driven population of talented people
