Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at AJOC Immigration Consultancy Services. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate various administrative tasks to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency
  • Develop and implement effective systems and processes to improve workflow and communication
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital
  • Perform data entry and other clerical duties as required
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications relevant to the role
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $40,000-$50,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time, on-site position that requires regular attendance at our office location. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
