Enterprise Technical Support Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a talented Level 2 Deskside Support Engineer to join our team in Calgary, AB.
Compensation: CAD $45-$50/hour + Benefits
About the Role: As a key member of our support team, you will provide comprehensive troubleshooting and technical support to end-users, ensuring high service standards. You will be responsible for prioritizing and managing problems effectively, utilizing diagnostic tools for efficient troubleshooting, and ensuring thorough follow-up post-resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-User Support: Provide technical support to end-users on various devices such as PCs, tablets, and mobile phones.
- Problem Management: Field help requests, documenting user information and issue details, and escalating to senior technicians as needed.
- Troubleshooting: Utilize diagnostic tools for efficient troubleshooting and ensure thorough follow-up post-resolution.
- Incident Management: Support diverse aspects of incident management and high-value services, focusing on customer experience.
- Culture Fit: Contribute to our team's inclusive culture, adapting to different challenges and interactions daily.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in MECM/SCCM, Patching, Automation, Cloud Deployment, and Service Desk Support.
- Operating Systems: Experienced with Windows 7, 10, 11, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Outlook.
- Mobile Device Management: Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM)/Mobile Application Management (MAM) platforms such as Intune.
- ITIL Practices: Competent in image installation, configuration, and preventive maintenance tasks, with a service-oriented approach and excellent communication skills.
